AT aggressively fights costs and has designed market-based programs that generate small fees, which in aggregate make a meaningful offset to the unavoidable costs of running a world-class boarding school.   Using this strategy, AT’s goal is to break even on an operating basis, exclusive of donor funding, within a few years.  If AT succeeds then the organization will reach financial sustainability, removing a significant risk and allowing AT to use any donor funding for further expansion.
